It is with deep sadness that I am informing you of my wife's death.  Melinda passed away Monday, October 16,2006.

 

Two services are planned. The visitation will be Thursday, October 19, 2006 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. The funeral and burial will be Friday, October 20, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. Both services will take place at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida, 33759, (727)796-1992.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in remembrances of Melinda's life be made to:  Melinda Ivins-Dupont, Life Path Hospice, 12973 Telecom Parkway, Suite 100, Temple Terrance, FL 33637.
